Who are casual UPS Package Delivery Drivers?

They drive our familiar brown trucks, delivering packages of all sizes to customers. They are friendly, physically active, enjoy fast-paced outdoor work, and being behind the wheel.

SHIFT YOUR SKILLS

To succeed in delivering packages to homes and businesses, you should:

• Be able to lift up to 70 lbs.
• Have a valid driver’s license (no CDL required, license type varies by state).
• Pass the DOT physical.
• Possess excellent customer service and driving skills.
• Have the legal right to work in the U.S.
• Follow UPS appearance guidelines and wear the provided uniform.

Full-time UPS employees work 8-10 hours per day, with workdays varying (Monday - Friday or Tuesday - Saturday) based on business needs.

*This is a seasonal role, which can be a stepping stone to a permanent position. Permanent drivers earn an average total compensation of $145,000 per year, including healthcare, paid vacation, holidays, sick leave, and option days.
