They drive our familiar brown trucks, delivering packages of all sizes to customers. They are friendly, physically active team members who enjoy a fast-paced, outdoor work environment behind the wheel.

SHIFT YOUR SKILLS

To succeed in delivering packages to homes and businesses in your community and beyond, you should have:

• The ability to lift up to 70 lbs.
• A valid driver’s license (no CDL required; license type varies by state)
• Passed the DOT physical
• Excellent customer service and driving skills
• Legal right to work in the U.S.
• Compliance with UPS appearance guidelines and wearing the company-provided uniform

Full-time UPS employees typically work 8 to 10 hours per day, with workdays varying between Monday - Friday or Tuesday - Saturday based on business needs.

*This is a seasonal role, which can be a great starting point at UPS. It may lead to a permanent position with additional benefits. Permanent, full-time small package delivery drivers earn an average total compensation of $145,000 per year, including healthcare, paid vacation, holidays, sick leave, and option days.
