LEGO Group is seeking a Seasonal Sales Associate (Brick Specialist) for Fifth Avenue, New York, NY. You will be part of a vibrant store team delivering inspirational guest experiences and upholding LEGO Brand Retail standards.

The role is seasonal, part-time with a typical schedule including late evenings and weekends, lasting into early January 2026 with potential for extension based on business needs.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and handle all cash register functions with a professional, gracious and engaging manner.
• Maintain a clean, safe and visually appealing store environment and uphold LEGO Brand Retail visual standards.
• Assist in stockroom receiving, stock maintenance and safety compliance.
• Address customer issues and escalate when needed.
• Engage with customers and promote promotions and loyalty programs.

Core Responsibilities:

• Ensure a signature experience for every guest that visits our LEGO® stores by greeting every guest in your location, performing all cash register functions and portraying a professional, gracious, friendly and engaging manner at all times
• Provide a clean, safe and visually stimulating environment by performing daily cleaning duties, maintaining store displays and learning and executing LEGO® Brand Retail visual standards
• Safely and efficiently operate the store stockroom as you assist in the receiving of merchandise, maintain the stockroom to LEGO® Brand Retail standards, know and abide by all safety regulations and notify management of potential shortage situations
• Resolve customer issues and reportchallenging situations to manager
• Customer engagement
• Use of promotional materials, loyalty programs

We are looking for energetic, enthusiastic individuals to join us on a seasonal, part-time basis. We expect this position to last January 10, 2026, subject to change based on business needs.

Do you have what it takes to inspire and develop the builders of tomorrow?

• The ability to work an overnight shift with a start time between 9p-10p ending at 6a-7a.
• Communicate effectively with team members and business partners.
• Ensure a signature experience for every guest that visits our LEGO® stores by efficiently processing shipment and stockroom organization (50%).
• Provide a clean, safe and visually stimulating environment by performing daily cleaning duties, maintaining store displays and learning and driving LEGO® Brand Retail visual standards (40%)
• Safely and efficiently operate the store stockroom as you assist in the receiving of merchandise, maintain the stockroom to LEGO® Brand Retail standards, know and abide by all safety regulations and notify management of potential shortage situations (10%)
• Ability to work in various temperatures and weather inside and outside of the store.
• Freely access all areas of the store including sales floor, stock areas, register areas, and loading dock area.
• Physical specifications:Constant moving, talking, hearing, reaching, grabbing, and standing for at least two consecutive hours. May occasionally involve stooping, kneeling, crouching, and climbing ladders. Vision abilities include close vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus. Involves lifting at least 40 lbs.
• There is potential for this to become a permanent role for excellent performers.
• Must provide availability to work up to 25 hours per week including at least one weekend day with a minimum of 3 days (does not mean you’ll be scheduled for 25 hours, but 25 hours of availability must be given)

Compensation

The hourly wage for the position has a range of $20.44 - $22.44 , based on anticipated responsibilities, market benchmarks, and organizational constraints. The LEGO Group carefully considers a wide range of compensation factors, including but not limited to prior experience, skills, expertise, location, internal equity, and other considerations permitted by law. The comprehensive remuneration details, inclusive of any benefits, will be communicated upon finalization of the employment offer.
