Job summary

Saks Fifth Avenue is seeking a Seasonal Selling Associate to elevate the client experience across our luxury retail environment in Kentucky. You will join a team that prioritizes personalized service and seamless shopping across channels, including in-store, BOPIS, and curbside pickup.

Responsibilities include warmly welcoming clients, assisting across departments, processing POS transactions, and coordinating with management on escalations.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a customer-centric role with proven ability to sell products and services.
• Familiar with and able to use retail and mobile technologies.
• Willing to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Welcome clients at store entrances and within departments, guiding them to the right associate.
• Serve in different store areas based on business needs.
• Process POS transactions efficiently.
• Address escalated issues by connecting customers with management.
• Follow up on customer requests and inquiries.
• Support BOPIS and curbside pickup with Operations and managers on duty.
• Assist with fitting room experiences as needed.
• Promote services like alterations, personalization, and delivery options.
