Outdoor Recreation Hospitality LLC, dba White Mountain – Saco- is seeking a Maintenance team member for the White Mountain National Forest region. This seasonal, non-exempt role supports lodging, retail, restaurants and staff housing by keeping buildings and grounds clean, safe, and well maintained.

You will diagnose minor problems, perform preventative maintenance, handle landscaping, operate grounds equipment, and follow ISO environmental and quality policies.

Qualifikationen

• Two years of facility maintenance experience.
• Knowledge of safe work practices (OSHA).
• Wide range of maintenance skills and mechanical aptitude.
• Ability to carry out repairs with excellent quality.
• Excellent customer service and people skills.
• Must be able to work a variety of day, night, weekend, holiday shifts.
• Independent with little supervision.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Shift involves standing, bending, lifting up to 50 lbs occasionally.

Aufgaben

• Assists in diagnosing and repairing minor problems in plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, and related areas.
• Performs preventative maintenance on equipment.
• Organizes and prioritizes service requests and maintenance tasks.
• Maintains grounds and uses mowers, trimmers and related equipment safely.
• Completes required reports and paperwork for GM review.
• Maintains customer service standards and responds to requests/complaints.
• Inspects grounds and buildings to identify maintenance needs.
• Trains in safe work practices per SOPs and ISO policies.
• Supports recycling efforts and environmental processes.
• Ensures public areas are sanitized and stocked.
