Job summary

Advenco Forests in Naches, WA, invites applicants for 2026 seasonal Maintenance positions across multiple campground sites. You will support the maintenance team in upkeep of lodging, retail spaces, restaurants and housing within the Naches District, with outdoor and facility work in forested settings.

Responsibilities include handling work orders, basic repairs, and safe operation of ladders/scaffolds; candidates should have a HS diploma, up to 1 year related experience, and a desire to learn.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1 year of general maintenance or construction experience.
• Basic ability to use common tools and equipment.
• Willingness to learn and grow in maintenance operations.
• Ability to follow oral and written instructions and work safely at heights.

Responsibilities

• Receive and complete work orders, per department policies.
• Perform maintenance and mechanical duties for buildings and facilities.
