Job summary

Moonlight Basin in Big Sky, MT, is seeking dependable Field Operations Crew members for year-round outdoor work. Summer duties include landscaping, fertilization assistance, hydro-seeding, sod work, and golf course maintenance.

Winter duties focus on snow removal and safe access for guests and staff. Ideal candidates are physically capable, have a valid driver’s license, and can work weekends or holidays as needed.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver's license.
• Ability to safely operate hand tools and power equipment for landscaping.
• Experience in landscaping or turf maintenance preferred.
• Able to work outdoors year-round in summer and winter.
• Willing to work weekends/nights/holidays as needed.
• Knowledge of MSDS and safety instructions.

Responsibilities

• Summer: maintain lodge, entryways, residential areas, and golf course grounds from mowing to irrigation work.
• Winter: perform snow removal duties and keep walkways safe in all weather.
• Maintain tools, equipment, vehicles, and supplies in good condition.
• Provide high level customer service and professional conduct around members and guests.
• Work independently and as part of a team as directed by supervisors.
