Job summary

Youth Employment Program is seeking a Crew Member (18 years or older) for a Dillon branch in a seasonal, part-time role. The crew member assists the crew lead, fosters a positive and productive environment, and ensures safety and efficient project execution.

Qualifications

• Minimum age 15 and ability to lift 40 lbs.
• Punctual and positive attitude.
• Ability to follow the YEP employee handbook.
• Willingness to work outside and travel overnight as needed.
• Ability to take direction easily and work as a team.
• Interest in developing professional characteristics and leadership.
• Comfort with rugged outdoor environments and camping up to 8 days.
• Good teamwork and communication with partners.
• Capable of hiking 10 miles per day.
