Job summary

Snowshoe Mountain is seeking an Adventure Guide for the season at Snowshoe, WV. You will lead exhilarating tours including snowmobiling, e-bike, and backcountry experiences while ensuring guest safety and sharing knowledge about local scenery.

You will also handle logistics, provide outstanding customer service, and maintain equipment. A High School Diploma or GED is required; CPR/First Aid is preferred. On-mountain housing is available as part of seasonal employment.

Qualifications

• Leader of outdoor activities with a focus on safety and guest enjoyment.
• Ability to communicate clearly with diverse guests and manage group dynamics.
• Willingness to assist with logistics, scheduling, and equipment maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Lead outdoor tours, ensuring guest safety and providing instruction.
• Organize and oversee sporting clays activities, setting up stations and guiding techniques.
• Navigate backcountry off-road tours and e-bike experiences, highlighting points of interest.
• Coordinate backcountry dinner nights, deliver excellent guest service, and manage guest expectations.
• Maintain and check equipment, uphold safety protocols, and respond to emergencies as needed.
• Assist with administrative duties including tour scheduling and record-keeping.
