Qualifications

• 0-2 years of clinical experience required.
• Hospital or rehabilitation facility experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive OT evaluations to determine needs and document findings.
• Develop individualized treatment plans with measurable goals and ensure they are documented.
• Provide safe and effective therapy interventions with session documentation.
• Regularly reassess progress and update plans; notify care team of changes.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses and rehab professionals to optimize outcomes.
• Mentor and train students or new staff in OT practices.
