Job summary
The Seasonal Occupational Therapy Position - PR acute evaluates, plans, and administers therapeutic interventions to enhance patients' ability to perform daily living and work activities, as prescribed by a referring physician. Qualifications
- OT - Occupational Therapist – Registered license required in the state of employment.
- BLS - Basic Life Support required.
- 0–2 years of clinical OT experience required.
- Experience in hospital or rehabilitation facility preferred.
Responsibilities
- Conducts comprehensive occupational therapy evaluations and documents findings.
- Develops individualized treatment plans with measurable goals and documentation.
- Provides safe and effective treatment interventions with session documentation.
- Regularly reassesses progress and communicates changes to the care team.
- Mentors new staff and occupational therapy students.
