A family-owned company is seeking a Seasonal Order Operations Assistant to join their team during the peak season from June to September. This entry-level position involves maintaining order flow, resolving payment issues, and providing exceptional customer service. Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and organized individual to join our Order Operations team for our June – September peak season (candidates must be able to commit to the entire season, into early September). This is position is 30-40 hours per week, working daytime hours Monday-Friday on-site at our headquarters in Hillsborough, NC with the opportunity to move to a hybrid work from home schedule after an initial onboarding and training period. In addition to exceptional customer service and analytical skills, you must have a “roll-up your sleeves” attitude.

Job Purpose:
The Order Operations team is responsible for maintaining a seamless order flow from placement, through various Sports Endeavors IT systems and production facilities, to package shipment and payment processing. This position will assist in the daily correction of order issues which impact successful shipment and billing of customer orders, with a focus on resolving payment issues.
