Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing; licensure to practice as a Registered Nurse in the State of Florida.
• BSN preferred; if ASN, must have 1+ year RN hospital experience and be enrolled in BSN program.
• 2 years of operating room experience required.
• Additional experience in Critical Care, Level 1 Trauma Center PACU or Level 1 Trauma Center ED required.
• BLS required

Responsibilities

• Delivers nursing care under supervision according to established policies and guidelines.
• Plans and implements nursing care; documents assessments; identifies and reports needed interventions.
• Communicates goal-directed plan of care and ensures patient rights; works across departments for patient safety.
