Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Current TX Nursing License.
• Current BLS, ACLS and PALS within 6 months of hire.
• Minimum of 2 years' OR experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Delivers direct and indirect patient care in the OR per standards.
• Performs patient assessment and reassessment with documentation.
• Assists with reviewing and updating policies and procedures.
• Implements physicians' orders safely and communicates patient status.
