UPS seeks a Seasonal Supervisor to lead a warehouse team in North Carolina. The role includes supervising, training, and developing workgroups focused on safety, production and attendance. You will set standards for accuracy, service and efficiency while fostering collaboration across shifts and departments.

Responsibilities include enforcing safety policies, coordinating resources, and driving continuous improvement. A bachelor’s degree is preferred and prior management experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Ability to lift up to 70 lbs (32 kgs) as required.
• Availability to work flexible shift hours, up to 5 days per week.
• Strong oral and written communication skills; can coordinate across teams.
