Job summary

Fanatics Commerce Shelton Warehouse is seeking a part-time Event Retail Warehouse Associate to support inventory and pre-retailing duties for the Retail Event Team. The role may include days, nights, weekends, and extended hours on show days; pay is $20/hr.

Responsibilities include processing orders, preparing shipping, staging products for reverse logistics, and coordinating with onsite managers to ensure smooth event operations. Prior warehouse experience is preferred.

Qualifications

  • Experience in warehouse work.
  • Ability to adapt to multiple incoming requests and shifting priorities.
  • Forklift certification preferred, not required.
  • POS System knowledge (OpSuite / Square) or willingness to learn.

The Event Retail Warehouse Associate will support all inventory and pre-retailing duties for the Retail Event Team. This position is expected to work a part‑time schedule which can include days, nights, weekends, extended hours on show days and during events. Pay range is $20hr

Primary Responsibilities
  • Perform warehouse processes to support inbound and outbound operations
  • Accurately prep, pick, and prepare shipping orders to meet shipping cutoff times
  • Process orders according to fanatics and regulatory standards
  • Properly prepare, stage, and document product for reverse logistics in order to keep inventory fresh and warehouse space open for new products to be introduced
  • Properly prepare event supplies as request
  • Partner with Warehouse Management Team & Event Operations Managers for onsite supplies, pre‑event needs
  • Perform product consolidation as necessary to improve inventory performance and accuracy
  • Participate in inventory counts, as needed
  • Field questions from the warehouse team and elevate issues and or production timeline on all necessary items
  • Ensure the warehouse is properly maintained and organized.
  • With appropriate cross‑training, provide back up support in other areas
  • Supporting pre‑retail duties as needed
  • Pull event orders for event/ show replenishment
  • Lift and move merchandise, including receiving and restocking merchandise, as necessary
  • Maintain the highest standards of professionalism and customer service to ensure the fanatics brand sand retail events are always positively represented
  • Maintain established safety, quality, and productivity metrics in assigned department
  • Perform additional responsibilities as directed by the management team
Qualifications & Skills
  • Experience in warehouse work preferred
  • Forklift Certified preferred (not required)
  • POS System (OpSuite / Square) knowledge of or willingness to learn
  • Ability to adapt and respond to multiple incoming requests and shifting priorities
