UPS in San Antonio, TX is seeking a seasonal Warehouse Supervisor to lead safety, production, and attendance. You will train, develop, and supervise workgroups, ensuring high standards for accuracy, customer service, and efficiency. This role requires strong communication and hands-on leadership in a fast-paced warehouse.

Responsibilities include fostering teamwork, coordinating resources, and implementing personal development plans while maintaining safety policies and regulatory compliance.

Formación

• Must be a U.S. citizen or national or eligible to work in the U.S.
• Bachelor's degree preferred; international equivalence accepted
• Experience in management preferred
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Able to lift up to 70 lbs (32 kg) and handle a fast-paced warehouse
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
