UPS is seeking a seasonal supervisor to lead and train workgroups, ensuring safety, productivity and attendance standards across the warehouse. You will foster cross-functional cooperation and drive continuous improvement while maintaining high levels of accuracy and customer service.

The role requires lifting up to 70 lbs, flexible shifts, and prior leadership or management experience. Candidates should be able to thrive in a fast-paced warehouse setting and have a strong command of Microsoft

Qualifikationen

• Must have strong communication skills (oral and written).
• Ability to lift up to 70 lbs (32 kg).
• Ability to work flexible shift hours, up to 5 days/week.
