UPS is seeking a seasonal supervisor to lead safety, productivity and attendance in a fast-paced warehouse environment in the United States. This role supervises, trains, develops, and maintains high standards for efficiency and customer service across the department.

Responsibilities include coaching staff, ensuring safety policies, coordinating resources, and fostering teamwork. Bachelor's degree preferred; management experience is a plus; strong communication and MS Office skills are required.

Formación

• Must be able to lift 70 lbs./32 kgs and perform physical tasks as required.
• Flexibility to work up to 5 days per week with varying shifts.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills are required.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
• Experience in a fast-paced warehouse and supervisory roles is preferred.

• Ensure safety policies are followed, compliant with policies and laws.
• Manage department resources for maximum output and efficiency.

• Provide orientation, skills and safety training, and ongoing coaching.
