UPS is seeking a Seasonal Supervisor to lead workgroups focused on safety, production and attendance. You will set high standards for productivity, accuracy, customer service, organization, and communication across the department.

You will train, develop, and coach team members while ensuring compliance with all safety policies, and will optimize resources to maximize output and efficiency in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Competenze

• Must be able to lift 70 lbs./32 kgs.
• Ability to work flexible shift hours, up to 5 days per week.
• Bachelor's Degree or international equivalent preferred; management experience preferred.
