A Seasonal Operations Associate's role is to create an outstanding customer experience by performing operations functions within the store. This is an early morning position and you will work with the task team to perform functions prior to store opening. As a seasonal hire you will have a defined employment time period, but you may be offered an employment extension or regular position based on your work ethic and availability. Apply today!

Primary Responsibilities

• Customer Service – You maneuver around the store at a fast pace, assist customers with questions or requests, and provide helpful service.
• Executes pricing and signing – You can change ticket prices and signing on merchandise across the store efficiently.
• Replenish and restock the store – You understand customer needs and assist peers by pulling and preparing merchandise to ensure the right styles and sizes are available on the floor.
• Receive and unload merchandise – You work with teammates to unload shipments and prepare merchandise in the backroom.
• Backroom standards – You keep the stockroom safe, clean, and organized.
• On-line jcp.com pick up – You may be responsible for finding and fulfilling online orders.
• Merchandise strategy – You execute leadership plans for merchandise placement and maintain merchandising standards to deliver an outstanding customer experience.
• Participates in a learning environment – You absorb new information from peers or training materials.
