Job summary

Saks Fifth Avenue in Florida is seeking a Seasonal Operations Associate to support our team during peak season. You will help unload, sort, and prepare merchandise for the selling floor, manage outbound shipments, and perform daily inventory checks to ensure accuracy.

The role requires the ability to lift up to 35 pounds, stand for extended periods, and work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in an operations or warehouse role(s).
• Familiar with and able to use retail and mobile technologies.
• Requires standing, bending, climbing stairs, and lifting and carrying up to 35 pounds.
• Must be willing to work a flexible schedule based on business needs including nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Unload and sort inbound merchandise and prepare for selling floor.
• Prepare outbound merchandise to be shipped to a client, another store or distribution center.
• Complete daily inventory control operations.
• Execute merchandise price changes as needed.
• Ensure all safety procedures are followed on the receiving dock and in all other work areas.

As a Seasonal Operations Associate, you will work to enhance our client experience with our operations team during our most magical time of year. Reporting to an Operations Manager, the team Makes Life Extraordinary by leading with a people first mentality and ensuring exceptional execution of assignments.

SALARY AND OTHER BENEFITS:

The starting salary for this position is between $18.00 - $20.00 hourly. Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include market, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

Salary Range $17.90 - $22.39*

Compensation for this role varies by geographic location. The listed range reflects multiple markets, including higher-cost areas. Actual starting pay will be determined based on work location, experience, and other job-related factors.
