We are seeking a motivated, organized, and goal-oriented Operations Associate to join our team.
To be successful in this role, you should have experience working in a retail environment with an operations focus. You must be extremely organized, love problem-solving, be detail-oriented, and approach all issues proactively. Luxury retail experience is preferred.

In this role, you will secure back-of-house efficiency, supporting the team in providing efficient service to clients and ensuring all processes are completed in line with the standards of the brand.

The appointed candidate will be offered an hourly rate in the range of USD $21 - $26, plus the opportunity for a bonus, and a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, short and long-term disability, various paid time off programs, employee discount/perks, and two retirement plans both with employer contributions - *pending hours worked.
