Job summary

North Central Surgical Center Hospital in Dallas, TX, affiliated with Baylor Scott & White and managed by United Surgical Partners International, seeks an experienced RN for a temporary seasonal OR role.

Target start: late September 2026 with assignment through year-end 2026. Responsibilities include data collection, patient-centered care, adhering to AORN standards, and teamwork.

Must hold an active state RN license and be BLS/ACLS/PALS certified; CNOR preferred.

Qualifications

• Graduate of accredited nursing program.
• Three years experience in surgery.
• Current state RN license.
• BLS, ACLS and PALS required.
• CNOR preferred.

Responsibilities

• Understand and carry out the hospital mission.
• Determine data collection based on the patient's condition or needs related to interventions.
• Address the physiological, psychological, socio-cultural and spiritual needs of the patient.
• Demonstrate ability to prioritize tasks and adapt to changing priorities.
• Maintain licenses and certificates and follow dress code and attendance policies.
• Communicate clearly and attend required department and hospital meetings.

Position Responsibilities:

• Determines data collection based on the patient's condition or needs as related to the proposed interventions
