Job summary

North Central Surgical Center Hospital in Dallas is seeking an experienced OR RN for a temporary seasonal assignment. You will support surgical operations, ensure patient safety, and collaborate with surgeons, nurses, and staff to maintain high-quality care.

The role requires 3 years of OR experience, an active RN license, and BLS/ACLS/PALS certification. CNOR is preferred, with strong communication and critical-thinking skills essential for success in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Graduate of accredited school or professional nursing.
• Three (3) years experience in surgery.
• Current state RN License
• BLS, ACLS and PALS required
• CNOR preferred
• Critical thinking skills.
• Excellent communication skills with staff, physicians, patients and families.
• Knowledgeable of hospital policies and procedures specific to the operating room.
• Clinically proficient in OR nursing skills, demonstrating knowledge of the pediatric, adolescent, adult and geriatric patients.
