Job summary

Scheels in Lincoln, NE is seeking a Seasonal Online Shopper & Restocking Associate to join our on-site team. You will locate, collect, pack, label, and prepare items for shipping, and help keep displays stocked and organized for holiday shoppers.

An ideal candidate has at least a high school diploma or GED, plus 1–3 months of related experience or training. The role pays $16.00 per hour and includes benefits such as ESOP, a 401(k) with Roth options, discounts, and comprehensive health coverage.

Qualifications

• Minimum HS diploma or GED.
• 1–3 months related experience or training.

Responsibilities

• Locate, collect and organize products from assigned lists.
• Pack, seal, label, and affix postage to prepare materials for shipping.
• Understand brands, departments, and internal inventory systems.
• Execute assigned projects to complete the task on time, and revise as needed.
• Communicate with leadership and other team members to resolve questions.
• Recover displays to standard levels; rehanging, folding, stocking items.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Work independently and with a team.
• Interact effectively with all associates.
