Job summary

Metz Culinary Management is seeking dependable, energetic individuals to join our Seasonal / On-Call Catering Team for the Sarasota season. The roles involve loading and unloading, event setup and breakdown, and delivering exceptional hospitality across a variety of events from October through June.

These positions require a hospitality-first attitude, teamwork, and the ability to work evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Hospitality experience is preferred and a SMILE is required.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends and varying event schedules.
• Willing to train the right people.
• Experience in catering, restaurant or hospitality is a plus, but training is provided.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload catering trucks, equipment, food and supplies.
• Assist with event setup and breakdown.
• Follow Steps of Service.
• Provide friendly, professional and attentive service to guests.
• Maintain a clean and organized event space.
• Work alongside the catering team to help events run smoothly.
