Job Purpose and Summary

Operate company equipment to unload, load, and transport agricultural and energy products to/from locations or customer sites, supporting profitable business growth.

Essential Functions

• Operate assigned vehicles, forklifts, and equipment following safety standards and proper operation techniques.
• Conduct daily safety checks, including pre-trip inspections of fuel, oil, tires, lights, and brakes.
• Perform preventative maintenance and keep vehicles clean to maintain professionalism.
• Load and unload materials safely, ensuring loads are balanced and compliant with DOT regulations.
• Ensure timely deliveries and pickups, providing excellent customer service and professionalism.
• Complete all documentation accurately, including bills of lading, delivery slips, and invoices.
• Maintain accurate logs and records of cargo and other duties as assigned.

Other Responsibilities

• Ensure vehicle inspections, licenses, and permits are current and stored properly.
• Follow GROWMARK's policies, safety regulations, and compliance standards.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Minimum Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of related experience demonstrating safe equipment operation and adherence to company standards.
