Job summary

Primo Brands in Dallas, TX is seeking a Seasonal Production Technician to support peak demand. The role runs full-time during the busy season, with a night shift from 5:00pm to 5:30am on a 2-2-3 rotation, offering a pay rate of $27.00 per hour and a 6-8% shift differential.

You will operate and maintain various production lines, complete quality checks, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet safety and efficiency targets.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience in clean manufacturing preferred.
• Ability to work the scheduled shift which includes start-up and handover meetings.
• Exposure to high-speed production and/or basic maintenance is preferred.
• Troubleshooting and root cause analysis experience.
• Ability to work on your own and with a team.
• Strong communication skills both face to face and over the radio.
• Forklift experience is preferred; training may be provided.
• Ability to lift and move 50 lbs, stand for extended periods.
• Able to work in varying environmental conditions.

Responsibilities

• Operate, changeover, clean, troubleshoot, and perform basic maintenance on production equipment.
• Record preventative maintenance activities, quality data, downtime, and output.
• Adhere to GMP and safe work practices; participate in safety programs.
• Communicate issues to ensure adherence to standards and procedures.
• Meet or exceed performance metrics like efficiency and downtime.
• Perform hourly quality checks on products and inspect raw materials.
• Interact with cross-functional teams to maximize output and efficiency.
• Cross-train in other areas to support operations during downtimes.
