About Deam Lake:
Deam Lake State Recreation Area is a 1,300-acre area that offers activities such as fishing, boating, kayaking, canoeing, swimming, camping, picnicking, hiking, and hunting in designated areas. The 194-acre lake was constructed in 1965 as a reservoir and for flood control. The tributary that runs through the park ultimately feeds into the Ohio River. The park is named in honor of Charles Deam, Indiana's first state forester. The recreation area is adjacent to the Clark State Forest.
Salary Statement:
The hourly wage for seasonal positions varies, starting at $12.25/hour.

This seasonal position does not offer benefits and is limited to 180 working days in an eleven (11) month continuous period
