Job summary

Guitar Center in the United States is seeking a Seasonal Support to greet customers, qualify needs, match their requests to the right product, and pitch to close the sale. You will be the in-store face, helping create an engaging shopping experience.

Around-the-store focus includes meeting service targets, sharing product knowledge, guiding customers through the sales process, and ensuring displays and inventories are ready for business. Nights and weekends required.

• Willing to work nights, weekends, and holidays
• Strong orientation towards providing excellent customer service
• High attention to detail

Responsibilities

• Reach sales targets on services
• Demonstrate product and service knowledge to customers
• Assist customers and guide them through the sales process
• Continual learning through onboarding, certification, and continuing education process
• Assisting with execution of all tasks to ensure the store is ready to conduct business and service customers
• Keep an eye on inventory levels and replenish displays as needed
• Clienteling/build relationships with customers to fulfill future service needs
• Additional duties as assigned
