Job summary

Guitar Center in Texas seeks a Seasonal Support associate to greet customers, assess needs, and guide them to the right products while pitching and closing sales. You will help keep the store ready for business and service, demonstrate product knowledge, and support ongoing training.

The role requires availability for nights, weekends, and holidays, with a strong customer-service mindset and attention to detail. Experience with musical instruments is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Reach sales targets on services.
• Demonstrate product and service knowledge to customers.
• Assist customers and guide them through the sales process.
• Continual learning through onboarding, certification, and continuing education.
• Assist with execution of tasks to keep the store ready for business and service.
• Keep inventory levels in check and replenish displays as needed.
• Build relationships with customers for future service needs.
• Additional duties as assigned.
