Job summary

Guitar Center is seeking a Seasonal Support to greet customers, assess needs, and guide them to the right products while pursuing sales targets. You will represent the store, participate in certification programs, and help keep displays stocked and ready for customers.

The role requires a strong customer-service mindset and availability for nights, weekends, and holidays. Prior knowledge of musical instruments is helpful, and the company offers several benefits to employees.

• Ability to greet customers, qualify needs, match to products, and close sales.

Responsibilities

• Reach sales targets on services
• Demonstrate product and service knowledge to customers
• Assist customers and guide them through the sales process
• Continual learning through onboarding, certification, and continuing education
• Assisting with the execution of all tasks to ensure the store is ready to conduct business and service customers
• Keep an eye on inventory levels and replenish displays as needed
• Clienteling/build relationships with customers to fulfill future service needs
• Additional duties as assigned
