Job summary

Guitar Center is seeking a Seasonal Support to be the welcoming face in-store, qualifying customer needs and guiding them to the right products while overcoming objections to close sales.

Responsibilities include meeting sales targets, demonstrating product knowledge, and supporting onboarding and certification processes. Must work nights, weekends, and holidays and enjoy interacting with musicians and shoppers in a fast-paced retail environment.

• Able to identify opportunities and take initiative without prompting.
• Excellent communication with diverse customers, both written and verbal.

Responsibilities

• Reach sales targets on services.
• Demonstrate product and service knowledge to customers.
• Assist customers and guide them through the sales process.
• Continual learning through onboarding, certification, and education process.
• Assist with tasks to ensure the store is ready to conduct business and service customers.
• Monitor inventory levels and replenish displays as needed.
• Build relationships with customers for future service needs.
• Additional duties as assigned.
