Job summary

Guitar Center Stores, Inc. is seeking a Seasonal Support to greet customers, assess needs, and guide them to the right products while overcoming objections to close sales.

You will represent the store with enthusiasm and knowledge, delivering a friendly, high-energy shopping experience. You'll participate in store readiness, keep displays stocked, learn through onboarding and certification, and build relationships with customers for future service needs, including night, weekend, and holiday

Qualifications

• Willing to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Strong orientation towards providing excellent customer service.
• High attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Reach sales targets on services
• Demonstrate product and service knowledge to customers
• Assist customers and guide them through the sales process
• Continual learning through onboarding, certification, and continuing education
• Assisting with the execution of all tasks to ensure the store is ready to conduct business and service customers
• Keep an eye on inventory levels and replenish displays as needed
• Clienteling/build relationships with customers to fulfill future service needs
• Additional duties as assigned
