Job summary

Guitar Center seeks a Seasonal Support to greet customers, assess needs, and match them with the right products in-store. You will work to close sales while delivering a positive shopping experience and maintaining store readiness.

You’ll learn GC certification programs, build product knowledge, and stay attentive to service quality. Nights, weekends, and holidays are required as part of seasonal coverage.

Qualifications

• Willing to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Strong orientation towards providing excellent customer service.
• High attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Reach sales targets on services.
• Demonstrate product and service knowledge to customers.
• Assist customers and guide them through the sales process.
• Continual learning through onboarding, certification, and continuing education.
• Assisting with execution of all tasks to ensure the store is ready to conduct business and service customers.
• Keep an eye on inventory levels and replenish displays as needed.
• Clienteling/build relationships with customers to fulfill future service needs.
• Additional duties as assigned.
