Job summary

Guitar Center is seeking a Seasonal Support to be the front-line in the store, greeting customers, qualifying their needs, matching products, and driving sales. The role emphasizes strong customer service, product knowledge, and active participation in our sales process.

You will contribute to a high-energy retail environment, support store operations, and complete training through the GC certification program. Must be available for nights, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Willing to work nights, weekends and holidays.
• Strong orientation towards providing excellent customer service.
• High attention to detail.
• Preference for knowledge of Musical Instruments sold (guitars, drums, tech, etc.).

Responsibilities

• Reach sales targets on services.
• Demonstrate product and service knowledge to customers.
• Assist customers and guide them through the sales process.
• Continual learning through onboarding, certification, and continuing education.
• Assist with execution of tasks to ensure the store is ready to conduct business and service customers.
• Keep inventory levels and replenish displays as needed.
• Build relationships with customers to fulfill future service needs.
• Additional duties as assigned.
