Job summary

Guitar Center Stores, Inc. is hiring a Seasonal Support to greet customers, assess needs, match products, and guide them through the sales process. You will help the store run smoothly and maintain displays while building customer relationships.

The role requires nights, weekends, and holiday availability, a strong customer-service orientation, and attention to detail. Training includes a GC certification program and ongoing product knowledge development.

Responsibilities

• Reach sales targets on services.
• Demonstrate product and service knowledge to customers.
• Assist customers and guide them through the sales process.
• Continual learning through onboarding, certification, and continuing education.
• Assist with execution of all tasks to ensure the store is ready to conduct business and serve customers.
• Keep an eye on inventory levels and replenish displays as needed.
• Clienteling/build relationships with customers to fulfill future service needs.
• Additional duties as assigned.
