Job summary

Guitar Center is seeking Seasonal Support staff to help customers, demonstrate products, and contribute to store readiness. You will engage with customers, answer questions about instruments and services, and support sales efforts in a fast-paced retail environment.

The role emphasizes customer focus, initiative, and teamwork, with opportunities to advance through certification programs and ongoing training while offering a friendly shopping experience.

Qualifications

• Willing to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Strong orientation towards providing excellent customer service.
• High attention to detail.
• Knowledge of musical instruments is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Reach sales targets on services.
• Demonstrate product and service knowledge to customers.
• Assist customers and guide them through the sales process.
• Continual learning through onboarding, certification, and continuing education.
• Assist with tasks to ensure the store is ready to conduct business and service customers.
• Keep an eye on inventory levels and replenish displays as needed.
• Build relationships with customers to fulfill future service needs.
• Additional duties as assigned.
