Guitar Center Stores, Inc. is seeking a Seasonal Support to greet customers, qualify needs, match to products, and close sales.

You will contribute to an engaging in-store experience and represent the brand as the face of Guitar Center. This seasonal position requires flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays, with a focus on customer service excellence and learning through onboarding and certification programs.

Qualifications

• Willing to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Strong orientation towards providing excellent customer service.
• Knowledge of musical instruments preferred.

Responsibilities

• Reach sales targets on services
• Demonstrate product and service knowledge to customers
• Assist customers and guide them through the sales process
• Continual learning through onboarding and certification process
• Assisting with the execution of all tasks to ensure the store is ready to conduct business and service customers
• Keep an eye on inventory levels and replenish displays as needed
• Clienteling/build relationships with customers to fulfill future service needs
• Additional duties as assigned
