Job summary

Guitar Center Stores, Inc. in Pasadena, TX seeks a Seasonal Support to greet customers, qualify needs, match products, and close sales. You will be the face of the store and help customers find gear across guitars, drums, keyboards and more.

You will participate in onboarding, certification, and ongoing training, maintain displays, assist with inventory, build client relationships for future service, and support store operations during nights, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Willing to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Strong orientation towards providing excellent customer service.
• High attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Reach sales targets on services
• Demonstrate product and service knowledge to customers
• Assist customers and guide them through the sales process
• Continual learning through onboarding, certification, and continuing education process
• Assisting with the execution of all tasks to ensure the store is ready to conduct business and service customers
• Keep an eye on inventory levels and replenish displays as needed
• Clienteling/build relationships with customers to fulfill future service needs
• Additional duties as assigned
