Job summary

Snowshoe Mountain Resort is seeking seasonal restaurant staff to deliver exceptional guest service, take orders, and ensure timely food and beverage service at diverse dining outlets. You will help guests choose options, balance duties, and maintain station cleanliness in a fast-paced environment.

Position offers on-mountain housing, tips, and benefits with opportunities to enjoy Snowshoe’s outdoor activities while working the season.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required or equivalent.
• Experience in a restaurant or guest-facing role preferred.
• Able to learn menu and provide accurate information.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent guest service by taking orders and delivering food and drinks timely.
• Recommend dining options with knowledge of menu and specials.
• Keep service stations stocked and clean.
• Verify guests are of legal age before serving alcohol.
• Balance cash and complete end-of-shift closeout reports.
