Job summary

Mountain Capital Partners LLC in Durango, CO is seeking an Outdoor Guest Services - Parking Enforcement for a seasonal role at Purgatory Resort. Pay is $17.50–$20.00 hourly. The job runs 11/16/26 to 4/30/27 and includes a free season pass for the employee and dependents.

Responsibilities include patrolling lots, issuing warnings/boots, collecting payments, and assisting in snow removal. Must have CO driver's license and work legally in the United States.

Qualifications

• Excellent guest service and communication skills.
• Knowledge of resort procedures, policies, and safety protocols.
• Ability to monitor and maintain a safe and clean environment.
• Ability to handle emergency situations and complete incident reports accurately.
• Ability to drive safely in all weather conditions.
• Knowledge of snow and ice removal techniques.

Responsibilities

• Patrol parking lots, roads, and public areas to check for parking violations.
• Place warnings and boots on vehicles as necessary.
• Ensure payment has been received from any guests who receive a booting violation before removal.
• Communicate potential parking violations to guests in real time.
• Report any safety hazards to the supervisor immediately.
• Monitor parking signs and movement/removal of traffic barriers.
• Jump-start vehicles and assist vehicles in getting unstuck.
• Remove snow from parking areas as needed.
• Clean work areas and company vehicles.
• Assist the general public.
• All other duties assigned.
