Job summary

Vail Resorts in Colorado is hiring for Summer Seasonal 2026. Starting wage is $20.00/hr - $23.00/hr, with both full-time and part-time hours available for the season.

Job responsibilities include daily mowing and maintenance of greens, tees and bunkers; arriving on time; following directions with attention to detail; working outdoors in various weather; and operating power equipment and hand tools. Housing is available.

Qualifications

• Must speak and understand English.
• Must have a valid driver's license.
• Must be able to occasionally lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Perform physically active work regarding daily mowing, maintenance and upkeep of greens, tees and bunkers
• Arrive on time and ready to work for each scheduled shift
• Must follow directions with close attention to details
• Must enjoy working outdoors in a variety of weather conditions
• Applicants should be comfortable working with power equipment and hand tools
