Job summary

Vail Resorts in Keystone, CO is hiring for Summer Seasonal 2026 for Golf Course Maintenance. Starting wage is $20.00–$23.00 per hour with both full-time and part-time shifts available. Must speak English, have a valid driver's license, and be able to lift up to 50 lbs.

Housing is available and opportunities to develop skills in a mountain resort environment. Responsibilities include mowing greens/tees/bunkers, maintaining landscapes, and operating power tools under supervision.

Responsibilities

• Perform mowing, maintenance and upkeep of greens, tees and bunkers.
• Arrive on time and ready to work for each schedule shift.
• Follow directions with close attention to details.
• Enjoy working outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Operate power equipment and hand tools safely.
