Qualifications

• Experience in food service or hospitality is a plus, but not required.
• Food Handlers certification required.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, standing long hours, lifting up to 30 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and provide excellent customer service.
• Take food, beverage, and retail orders accurately and efficiently.
• Prepare, stock and serve food & retail items according to safety and quality standards.
• Operate POS systems and handle cash/credit transactions.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining & retail areas and food stations.
• Assist with restocking, inventory, and basic food prep as needed.
