Job summary

Vail Resorts in Colorado is hiring an Experienced Equipment Operator for the winter season. You will operate Mt. Ops equipment and tractors, support street and facility maintenance, and work outdoors in alpine conditions. Training and development are provided, with strong pay and benefits.

Requirements include 1+ year of heavy equipment experience, a valid driver's license (CDL preferred), ability to lift 50 lbs, and fluency in English. Housing may be available for winter staff.

Qualifications

• One year of heavy equipment experience required.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be fluent in English and have a valid driver''s license.
• CDL license (Class A or B) required.

Responsibilities

• Operate Mountain Operations equipment and tractors.
• Monitor equipment and report issues to maintenance.
• Perform general mountain operations and maintenance.
• Troubleshoot equipment problems and assist as needed.
• Work as part of a team and follow directions.
