Scootaround, a leading mobility equipment provider, seeks a reliable Seasonal Delivery Agent to deliver and service mobility devices in Fort Lauderdale, FL. The role requires lifting, driving, and direct customer interaction to ensure high-quality, safe equipment is delivered to cruise ships, hotels, and residences.

Ideal candidates have delivery experience, strong customer service, and a clean driving record. The position is on-site with weekends required and pays $19/hour plus gas allowance.

Qualifications

• Experience as a delivery driver and strong customer-service focus.
• Attention to detail and safety-conscious with mobility equipment.
• Must have a valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
• TWIC card eligibility; assistance available to obtain if needed.
• Background check and pre-employment drug screen required.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service to internal teams and external customers.
• Deliver and pick up rented mobility equipment to cruise ships, hotels, convention centers, resorts, casinos, and residences.
• Ensure every unit meets safety, functionality, and show-quality standards.
• Perform basic troubleshooting, service, and repair of mobility equipment.
• Sanitize equipment before and after each delivery.
• Assist in other warehouse tasks, including inventory organization and paperwork.
