The role involves route planning, basic troubleshooting, and strong customer service while working with hotel, cruise terminal, and event locations. Responsibilities include operating company vehicles, maintaining equipment, and recording inventory.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English (verbal and written).
• Basic computer and Microsoft skills required.
• Customer-focused demeanor and reliability.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a company vehicle to deliver and pick up mobility equipment.
• Plan and follow delivery routes and schedules.
• Load and unload equipment up to 50 lbs.
• Sanitize and ensure equipment meets safety and show-quality standards.
• Maintain inventory records using TrackAbout and Global Office.
• Provide friendly service to customers and internal teams.
