Qualifications

• Previous coaching experience, preferably at the middle school level or with youth sports.
• Strong knowledge of baseball techniques, rules, and strategies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Availability to commit to the entire season.

Responsibilities

• Help plan and conduct daily practice sessions.
• Organize and oversee all aspects of the baseball program.
• Teach players the rules of the game and sportsmanship.
• Monitor the academic and athletic progress of student-athletes.
• Communicate with parents regarding player development.
